We are a family of 3 humans (Susie, Ryan, & Quincy Pearl), 2 cats (Simon & Bunta), 1 dog (Bandit), some fish, and some unwanted mice living in the woods on Toad Lake, near Bellingham, WA.

We like to take walks, ride bikes, swim, even ski on occasion. Life is different now that we have a baby, but it’s still fun!

We probably work too much. Ryan likes to work with computers, and luckily that’s his job. He works at Saturna Capital and learns about the investment industry while he’s at it. Susie works at Superfeet where they help people walk more happily.

Reading is fun for everyone. Quincy likes the pictures, and she’s working on the words. Please read our blog where we also get to write, share pictures, and play with web design.
